Some useful information and tips to help you make the most of your stay in Stratoni, from how the house works to a few local habits.
Bedrooms: The beds will be made for your arrival. Bed linen, duvets, pillows and pillowcases are provided.
Bathroom: Hairdryer and heater available for cooler months.
Living room: TV with a wide selection of French and international channels, radio, library and guest book.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen and utensils provided. An iron can also be found in a drawer.
Air conditioning: The remote control and instructions can be found on the small table in the living room.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Wi-Fi is also available at Savvas’ café (just ask him for the password).
Fridge & freezer: Fresh filtered water and ice cubes are available. Please do not change the settings.
TV: Quick instructions are available on the living room table.
Parking: You can park your car directly in front of the house.
Gate: There is no need to lock it. Simply make sure it closes properly to prevent stray dogs from entering the garden.
Keys: Our friend Savvas will give you the keys when you arrive.

Terrace & garden: Garden furniture, parasol, children’s games and the BBQ are all available for you to use.
Watering: Please water the flower boxes every other evening.
Animals: Stray cats may occasionally visit. They are used to the neighbourhood and help keep pests away.
Bins: A green bin is available outside. Rubbish is collected on Tuesday and Friday mornings; simply put the bin out by the roadside.
Neighbourhood: The area is quiet and mainly residential all year round. Please respect the peace and quiet of our neighbours.
Dogs: The village’s stray dogs are generally friendly and may occasionally come near the house.

The house is strictly non-smoking.
In Greece, toilet paper should not be flushed down the toilet. Please use the small bin provided.
